Paula McChesney, ASID, CID

Paula McChesney, ASID (American Society of Interior Designers), CID (Certified Interior Designer), owner and principle designer of McChesney Design Studio and Passion By Design™, founded her original company, Color Concepts, in San Francisco in 1982.

Winner of numerous design awards, Paula brings a broad international vision to her field as she creates her design work throughout North America, Mexico, New Zealand and Hawaii. McChesney Design Studio provides residential interior design services to an exclusive clientele. Her experience also includes yacht interior design, television set design, as well as the creation of a custom line of furnishings, fragrance and bedding that are currently under development.

Paula is also the creative force and co-author of Passion By Design™, Re-Decorate Your Bedroom and Rejuvenate Your Love Life™. This book shares the Secret to Creating a Passionate Relationship While Designing A Beautiful Bedroom!

She has participated in a variety of television and radio shows, as well as contributed her services to more than 15 designer showcase homes. Paula is the President-Elect of the California Peninsula chapter of the prestigious American Society of Interior Designers.

Paula has been widely published and is a sought after public speaker and educator.
